Chen`s Gourmet in Menomonee Falls

I've only been here for lunch but it's wonderful each time. The staff are very friendly and the service is quick. The restaurant is clean and quiet as well.The food has always stunned me on how great the quality is while keeping the lunch menu prices below 8 dollars. And you still get a ton of food!I tend to get the same thing every time, but coworkers would try different things and they enjoyed each dish.I would wholeheartedly recommend this place if you are in the mood for some great Chinese food.

1st time at Chen's.I ordered the Singapore Noodles. Good choice. The beef was really tender,the curry and other seasonings were balanced and Angel Hair is my favorite pasta. Also ordered Egg Foo Young haven't tried it yet .I'll let you know. The interior is cozy service is attentive. A lot of the menu selections are unique from other Chinese restaurants.

Great food (the best I every remember eating at a Chinese restaurant) and excellent service.

We ordered take out from Chen's, and the food was AMAZING! Super fresh and delicious. Restaurant was super cute and so clean. Staff were AMAZING. We would highly, highly recommend either eating in or taking out: Chen's is a hidden gem in Menomonee Falls. Enjoy!

Very good Chinese food. Prices are quit fair. The dining area is a bit on the smaller side and the lighting is a bit bright compared to other Asian restaurants, but all in all a decent place for Chinese!

This is the best Chinese food we’ve ever had! I have taken numerous friends to Chen’s and they have all LOVED it. Chen’s has the most delicious chicken dishes and vegetarian entrees! The service is also amazing. Although Chen’s Gourmet can be a 20-25 minute drive from our home, we always go there over any other Chinese restaurant.

Best Chinese food in southeast Wisconsin by fire. We are regular customers here and absolutely love it. Their prices are very reasonable, the staff is very friendly, and the food is always of the highest quality. It's a good day in our house when someone says, "Let's go to Chen's!"

Simon is keeping the family tradition alive and well! Chen's has been a staple of the community for decades and it shows. Food and prices are awesome, always correct and on time when placing a take out order!!! Customer service like this is rare these days!

Ordered the Ma Po Tofu for carryout and it was absolutely wonderful; it was the perfect amount of subtle heat. The service was top notch, attentive, and kind. We will most definitely be back.

We ate in. 3 adults. 2 kids. The staff is very pleasant. It was a pleasure to dine there. The veggie lo mein was surprisingly my favorite. The Singapore style chow mei fun was also delicious. The orange beef was crispy under the sweet sticky sauce, which is important. Getting that as take out would certainly not be as good.

Has got to be the best place to eat in Menomonee Falls. It never seems to be crowded when I'm there but the carryout traffic is terrific. If everybody who carried out food showed up there would be a long waiting line for a table. Do try this place you'll have to agree it's excellent

This restaurant has been here for decades, yet it is extremely clean inside. Obviously the owners care about this place very much. They have been named in the top 100 Chinese restaurants in the U.S., and honestly the food is as good as ever, not only in taste but quality too. The staff is extremely polite and efficient. It's very worth the trip no matter how far you are coming from, and whether you dine in or take out. The "Seafood in a Birdcage" is excellent by the way.

We had an excellent lunch at this quaint restaurant. The food was amazing and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. Definitely a place we will come back again!

Chen’s is very overrated any may be 4th best Chinese Restaurant in Menomonee Falls. It is definitely not a 4.7 rated restaurant.They need to travel to NY, Chicago, Washing DC, LA, Seattle and go to china town and taste the cuisine to understand what authentic Chinese food is. I definitely would not recommend wasting your time or money this restaurant.

Went here for the first time and had a great experience. It was a Thursday night, not very busy. This place is clean and well managed. Our waitress was very pleasant. The egg drop soup and egg roll was the best I’ve ever had and my husband said the same of his crab Rangoon. So happy to find decent Chinese food in the area!

Hands down the best! Crispy walnut chicken Singapore rice noodles and egg rolls are amazing! Friendly super nice owner and fast service!

Chen's is a great little gem located in Menomonee Falls. The food is fresh and tasty. We plan to dine in next time we go.

Orange beef was crispy and delicious if slightly too sweet for my taste. The Singapore noodles (spicy yellow curry rice noodles w/ chicken and shrimp) was excellent. I asked for extra spicy and the dish was great... Too spicy for many at the table but just what I was looking for. They did an excellent job balancing the added spice and curry so that it remained flavorful rather than just hot. I was told that the dishes are otherwise prepared with a mild heat. Which likely would have been appropriate for a shared dish without much concern about too much heat. I'd happily recommend either dish. I only tried a couple of bites of the vegetable lo mein but it was also quite good.

Food looks good and tastes great. Service is polite and friendly. Eggrolls ate huge and delicious! Order any dish as mild or spicy as you wish! Great place to do takeout also.

I will give this restaurant 100 stars if I could. I found this on one of those days when everything is closed. The customer service goes beyond expectations! As we walked in we were greeted with kindness as if they knew us. Although they were closing they let us sit and have dinner, the next time we went there, they served us the food as fast as I have never seen. This was because I told them we were running late for work. Overall they give the customers the priority they deserve. Added to this, the food is freshly cook,you can tell the food is cook by order, NOT like other places where they have the food siting until people order it. The food taste as if it they use home made recipes. The place is also clean and it looks nice, I highly recommend this place, if you love this type of food you will not regret chosing this to eat there.

Excellent food, very good service although the popularity or this small restaurant creates a large carry out demand so there are times when the servers are occupied with customers. They accommodated a reservation party for us for 14 people and we were able to all sit around a large circular table with a big "lazy Susan" in the middle which made sharing the food easy.The crispy pork was great, I would highly recommend an order. The vegetables tasted very fresh and crispy compared with what you might find at your average Chinese food restaurant or buffet. I was impressed!

The food is ALWAYS AWESOME! Never even an average meal at Chen's! Always delicious! Lily is also an excellent, adorable & courteous waitress!

Chen's is a great local gem near the heart of Menomonee Falls. I enjoy eating 'in' at this establishment although they have a huge carry out business. They are busy so you know they are good. The one thing that sets this Chinese restaurant above others in their category is the freshness of the food. Everything is prepared to order. The meat never has gristle and the vegetables have a fresh crunch. The wait staff is always friendly and the general manager works the floor to ensure customer satisfaction. Also, their specialty is the Walnut Chicken, do yourself a favor and try it, you won't be disappointed.

The food is delicious and the menu is extensive, but what I especially like is that Chen's is always so clean. Plus the staff is super friendly. While I never order the chop suey, I took a gamble and tried my partner's. the flavor was wonderful and nothing like I remember from childhood! They do a great takeout business.

This is Five Star Restaurant, I have been here many times. The Food is always Excellent, The staff is always Friendly. The Shrimp with Lobster Sauce is the best around! They have many other great dishes, I like to try something different every time. You wont be disappointed!
